To ensure your showroom visit meets your expectations; whether it is to replace that old leaky faucet, renovate a bathroom, or build your dream home here are some guidelines to follow:
- Call us to schedule an appointment

- Bring current blue prints and/or drawings of your project
- Bring design ideas from magazines or other media
- Bring samples of tile, flooring, color samples, hardware or cabinetry (if available)
Following the guidlines stated above will ensure that your one-to-one consultation will look after all of your plumbing and heating details.
Frequently Asked Questions
When should I be coming into your Showroom?
- If you are building a new home and have decided to be your own project manager Bruin’s would like the opportunity to provide a quote on the plumbing and/or heating.
Please bring in a copy of your plans along with a job summary and ask to speak with our heating and plumbing estimators. Together we can determine if you should see a base quote or if you should see the showroom first.
- If you are building a new home with one of our contractors please contact our showroom consultants ahead of time to schedule an appointment.
We need to ensure all paperwork has been processed with your builder and that we have a copy of a current blueprint.
- If you are doing a renovation we would like the opportunity to ask you a few questions about your project. There may be a need to have a site visit from one of our renovation specialists before coming into the showroom. We would like to make those arrangements for you.

Why do I need to visit the Showroom?
- Our showroom gives you the opportunity to see the fixtures first hand, even see a demo on some of our working displays.
- It is also very important to visit the showroom so that any of the changes you make will be suitable for your project.
- It also assists in communicating your desired changes to your builder/project manager, avoiding errors and delays.

Why do I need an appointment at the Bruin’s Showroom?
- We set ourselves apart by being a full service contractor. In order to provide you with our one on one consultation and assist in looking after all of your details we find appointments work best.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?
- A minimum of 24hrs notice is recommended to ensure that one of our consultants is available, but we will always do our best to accommodate your schedule.

How long will a showroom visit take?
- This all depends on the size of your project.
- For new home construction we recommend 1-2 hours
- For renovations with multiple bathrooms we recommend 2 hours.

Who do I contact to help me co-ordinate the installation for my products?
- If you are building a new home through one of our contracted builders, they will handle scheduling on your behalf.
- If you are building your own home ou r showroom consultants will pu tyou in touch with the appropriate people in our office.
- If you are renovating on your own, we will co-ordinate a site visit for you to get an estimate for the installation.

What should I bring with me?
- If you are building new home please bring your up to date plans.
- If you are renovating, please bring any drawings you may have or anything your contractor has supplied for you.
- If you are replacing your fixtures, please bring any notes about the space they occupy and elements that need to be considered.
- In all cases any pictures of your existing space or any other media that helps us envision the "look" you are after always helps.

What do I do when I get to the Showroom?
- Upon arrival at our building, our front desk consultant will ask you to fill out some information to help us with your project.
- Your showroom consultant will then bring you up to our second floor showroom.

Why do I need a Showroom Consultant?
- A showroom consultant is there to guide you through the selection process all the while considering job progression and time lines. We are there to be the liaison between you and your contractor.

Can I bring my children?
- We have a “Little Bears Room” located in the showroom with some toys and a TV to watch movies. They are more than welcome, but we do recommend finding someone to watch them for as your appointment can take over an hour.
