Bryant from Bruin’s Plumbing and Heating did a great job fixing our AC when it went out in the middle of the heatwave. He found the parts needed and booked a time right away to come back and get them fixed. Thankfully we now have the AC back and will recommend them again and again!

We have been having some problems with our Central Air Conditioner the past year or so and had some other companies come in and look at it but only gave us a temporary fix. Bruin’s came in extremely professional and friendly, was able to find the real cause of our problem, got our air conditioner up and running during this heatwave, and is working extremely diligently on finding us the parts we need to get it repaired during these times of shortages. They have kept in contact the entire time and make us feel taken care of. Thank you to the team at Bruin’s for being there when we need it!

We needed a new water heater. Lorin quoted within a few hours of submitting a request online. I accepted their quote and the work was scheduled. The technician, Matt, come as promised, did the work as quoted at the quoted price. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work as well as Matt’s professionalism. I am extremely pleased with the experience and highly recommend Bruins.

A very pleasant yearly tune-up. Hardly notice the time they spent during the yearly checkup. I like the feeling of confidence we have that the A/C will be there when it is hot.

Awesome service. We needed an immediate pipe repair as well as a replacement for our failing water heater and in-floor heat pressure tank. We were able to combine with a neighbor for similar work and receive a discount for both jobs. The service techs were excellent – all were knowledgeable and did excellent work. The work was done on time and complied with the written estimate. Great service in a day and age where that is not always the case!

They are great would recommend bear care no more worries for a few years, I had my daughter replace all their system has done plus more, they were awesome at her place wish they had a program for referrals put I am completely over the moon with service and customer care.
